This overloaded Truck almost fell off the Road. Due to so many factors. The Road is bad, the Truck is overloaded. But if the VIO and Road safety are doing their jobs well, the driver won’t overload his truck.
Who is actually at fault?
But trust Nigerian drivers. Since he is not the owner of the Truck, he decide to overload it. To enable him make more money from a single trip. Without minding the damages the overload will cause to the Truck.
To be candid, it is the driver to be blamed for the overloading of the truck.
